culture diversity

In the last fifty years things have changed all over the world particularly in the UAE, and I do not say that just because I live in it; no this is a thing that all the world agrees with. So really what has changed? Is it the people or is it the way of living? Might be true or not; however we need a method to study that and one of the methods will be Cultural Diversity: in short, speaking about how our country got opened to the world by sharing values and different people coming in from all over the world so things are starting to be seen from different aspects, and this is a starting point for a developing country.
